Through the budget of the current Fiscal Year 2078/79, the Central Government (Federal Government) has kept the vehicle tax unchanged and the state government has increased the tax on two wheelers. The Bagmati State Government, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Development has increased the tax on services including registration, renewal and inspection of motorcycles and scooters with effect from August 20.
