The IPO allotment of union life insurance has distributed today at the office of issue manager Prabhu Capital.
union life insurance had issued 64,50,000 units of IPO shares to the general public from 24 Ashad to 28 Ashad. . At a face value of Rs 100, the IPO of Union Life Insurance is worth Rs. 64.50 crores.
Out of the total public issue, 3,22,500 shares (5 percent) are reserved for the employees of the company. Likewise, the mutual fund schemes will receive 3,22,500 shares (5 percent). Hence, the general public will participate in the remaining 58,05,000 shares.
The issue had received applications from 21,50,478 valid applicants who had applied for a total of 2,50,95,370 units. The issue was oversubscribed more than 5.85 times.
According to CDSC, 5 lakh 80 thousand 500 applicants will get shares when the company is distributed at the rate of minimum 10 units.
The remaining 15,32,299, or about 73 percent, will not get shares.
